GLISTER ULTRA

Glister Ultra is a non-selective (total) systemic herbicide for extermination of perennial rhizome weeds, as well as annual and of perennial narrow-leaved and broad-leaved weeds on non-agricultural ares and agricultural fields. It is applied exclusively to sprouted weeds that adopt it with their green parts.

Active ingredient: glyphosate 360 g/l (equivalently to glyphosate isopropylamine salt 480 g/l)

Mode of action

Non-selective, systemic herbicide, absorbed by foliage, translocated acropetally and basipetally in the phloem and xylem throughout the plant. Inactivated on contact with soil.

Since glyphosate has no residual (soil) activity, the application will only be effective against emerged weeds that were directly applied at the recommended dose rate. Weeds emerging after the application will therefore not be controlled. Treated plants show a gradual loss of green colour followed by death between one and four weeks later.

Application

All field crops – Against annual monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, before sowing in dosage 2-3 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha.

Against perennial monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, before sowing in dosage 4-6 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha.

Non-agricultural fields – For the total weed and bush killing, at time of intensive growth of weeds in dosage 5-6 l/ha with usage of water 250-300 l/ha.

Forestry all species – For the total weed and bush killing, 1-2 weeks before planting at latest, in dosage 3-5 l/ha with usage of water 250-300 l/ha.

Grape (older than 3 years) – Against annual monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, until the beginning of shooting in dosage 2-3 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha. Against perennial monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, after harvest, in dosage 4-6 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha.

Pome fruits (older than 3 years) – Against annual monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, until the beginning of shooting in dosage 2-3 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha. Against perennial monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, after harvest, in dosage 4-6 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha.

Stone fruits (older than 3 years) – Against annual monocotyledonous (narrow-leaved) and dicotyledonous (broad-leaved) weeds, until the beginning of shooting in dosage 2-3 l/ha with usage of water 200-250 l/ha.
