ETOGARD

Etogard CS is a new acaricide with a strong effect against all types of two spotted spider mites.

Active ingredient: etoxazole 220 g/l + abamectin 72 g/l

Mode of action

Etogard CS contains two active ingredients and marketed as a new and strong alternative in mite control with its two different modes of action

and two translaminar modes of action. Etogard CS has a killing effect on all life stages of all types of mite with a double effect as a glutamate gated chloride channel allosteric modulator and a chitin synthesis inhibitor. ETOGARD CS is a unique acaricide with two active ingredients and increasing effect over time.

Application:

Tomato

Against Two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) in rate 60 ml/ha, with efficacy against all stages (egg, larvae, nymph, adult). Start with treatment when 5 live organisms per leaf are seen in the 10 leaves counted.

Corn

Against Two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) in rate 60 ml/ha, with efficacy against all stages (egg, larvae, nymph, adult). Application should be made when there are at least 15 pests in 2 loops per leaf (4.5 cm2). The number of applications is odd.

Apple

Against European red mite (Panonychus ulmi) in rate 120 ml/ha, with efficacy against all stages (egg, larvae, nymph, adult). Start with treatment when 5 live organisms per leaf are seen in 100 leaves counted.

Peach

Against Two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) in rate 60 ml/ha, with efficacy against all stages (egg, larvae, nymph, adult). Application can be made if there are more than 3-5 red spiders per leaf in the counts.

Grapevine: Against grapevine mites (all stages), at a dose of 60–75 ml/ha.

Waiting period (pre harvest period in days): tomato 3 days, corn 7 days, apple and peach 14 days
