BIO OIL is a paraffin oil with insecticide and acaricide activity with a high degree of refining and high concentration for the winter and spring-summer fight against scale insects of citrus fruit, pome fruit and stone fruits. The product also controls the citrus fruits fly.

Application:
CITRUS (orange, mandarin, lemon)
- – Against scale insects, for example red scale (Aonidiella aurantii), Parlatoria (Parlatoria sp.): 1-1.5 L/hl (10-22.4 L/ ha) distributed with water volumes of 1000-2200 It/ha. Intervene at the first appearance of the parasites before the change of colour of the fruit. Carry out a maximum of 2 treatments per year at a distance of not less than 60 days.
- – Against whitefly, for example Dialeurodes citri, Aleurotrixus floccosus: 1-1.5 L/hl (5-22.4 L/ha) distributed with water volumes of 500-2200 L/ha. Carry out only one treatment/
year when the first parasites appear before the change of colour of the fruit or in autumn.
APPLE, PEAR AND STONE FRUITS (peach, nectarine, plum, apricot, cherry)
-Against scale insects, for example S. Josè scale insect (Comstockaspis perniciosa) : 0.75-1 L/hl (6-10 L/ha) distributed with water volumes of 800-1000 L/ha. Carry out only one treatment per year when the first parasites appear before fruit coloring (veraison).
-Against mites, for example red spider mite (Panonychus ulmi): 0.75-1 L/hl (9.4 -15 L/ha) distributed with water volumes of 1250-1500 L/ha. Carry out only one treatment per year before flowering.
- – Against common pear flea (Cacopsylla pyri): ): 0.75-1 L/hl (9.4 -15 L/ha) distributed with water volumes of 1250-1500 L/ha. Time of application: from the stage swelling of the buds until the appearance of the pink or white stage of the balloon (petals closed) of the flower bud
(BBCH 51-57) when they are winter eggs still present. It is recommended to suppress when overwintering female pear fleas lay their eggs or shortly before hatching of larvae from eggs.
