Mode of action

Cabrio Top is a premium broad spectrum, dual active ingredients fungicide with highly effective disease control. Cabrio top is a ready-mix combination of Metiram (dithiocarbamate) and Pyraclostrobin (strobilurin) effective against a wide spectrum of diseases with exceptional formulation providing longer disease protection and control and the additional plant healt benefits (AgCelence) provided by pyraclostrobin.

Cabrio® Top has a dual mode actions: contact, characteristic for the metiram active substance, and also quasi-systemic action characteristic for the strobilurin group. Metiram is non-systemic, acts protectively on causes diseases by inhibiting respiration, ie SH-enzymes. Pyraclostrobin works in such a way that inhibits electron transport in the respiratory chain (complex III). On that one way to prevent spore germination. Application

Grape – for the control of grapevine downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola) and grapevine powdery mildew

(Uncinula necator) in a dose 1,5-2 kg/ha (15–20 g/10 l of water).

Time of application: preventive, before the appearance of the disease, and at the latest after the appearance of the first symptoms. Application in a block (2-3 treatments) is recommended, before the appearance of the disease and at the time of the greatest risk of the appearance and spread of the disease. The interval between two treatments should be 12 days. In conditions of high infectious potential and favorable weather conditions for the spread of the disease, shorten the interval to 7 to 10 days. Tomato – for the control downy mildew (Phytophthora infestans) in a dose 1,5-2 kg/ha.
